Yanke Wang specializes in German foreign investment law, corperate law, tax law, law on foreigners, and bankruptcy law.

As a consultant, Yanke Wang has extensive experience in helping Chinese companies open representative offices, branches and joint ventures in Germany. Having worked in diffrent German law offices, she is particularly skilled in bankruptcy regulations. She also advises clients in M&A operations. She is author of the monograph "The Classification of Creditors in Insolvency Plan according to German and Chinese Law" and translator the book titled "Introduction to Insolvency Law" from German to Chinese.

She holds a PhD in Law from Universität Freiburg in Germany, a Master's degree in Law from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Law from Dalian Maritime University in Dalian, China.
