Weimin Sun specializes in corporate law, real estate, foreign investment, corporate finance and international commercial law.
He practiced law in Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Paris, advising clients on M&A and overseas investments. Prior to his Paris Bar admission, Mr. Sun worked for the Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investement Bank in Paris, analyzing and auditing finance documents with regard to decisions of granting credit. The finance contracts, in French or in English law, concern structured operations (aeronautics, shipping, real estate, LBO, securitization), corporate, banks / insurances and sovereigns.
Born in China, Mr. Sun holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Law from Dalian Maritime University, a Master's degree in International Public and Private Law from Nice University, and a PhD in International Commercial Law from University Panthéon-Sorbonne.
