Ms. Chuan Chen specializes in the fields of americain investment law, establishment of subsidiaries in the U.S., intellectual property protections, corporate law, commercial law, etc.

Prior to jointing our firm, she held an extensive experience in protection of intellectual property, and was awarded the title of the Exceptional Intellectual Property Consultant in a well-known consulting firm. In addition, Ms Chen has many years of experience in management in different american commercial enterprises.

Born in Beijing, Ms. Chuan Chen holds a LL.M. in Interllectual Property, Commerce & Technology from University of New Hampshire School of Law,  and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Law from Dalian Maritime University.
