Mrs. Kai Zhang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and corporate finance. She also advises companies concerning the business strategy and implementation.

As a lawyer based in Beijing, Kai has more than 10 years’ experience in advising companies concerning IPO projects, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) operations, and foreign direct investment (FDI) projects. For example, Kai has been involved in a number of capital market transactions and M&A projects, including City Dream Holding Group Ltd’s IPO project, SK (China) co., Ltd in FDI and M&A projects, and Keppel (China) FDI project in China. Her legal and business experience also extends to the representation of Chinese companies in overseas operations. In addition, she held senior management positions within a multinational group.
